Sharing Silence

Today is the day for a new post and I feel the wish to join with all of you in a moment of silence. There are always many people and beings in deep suffering around us. But at the moment in my home country Germany and in many neighbor countries, people are trying to help the millions of people who are escaping from their homes in Syria and elsewhere.

I’ve spent many moments these days thinking and praying for these people and all of those which are involved in helping them. It’s so easy to feel helpless and overwhelmed in the face of a crisis like this, and this is why I’d like to invite you to join me in this loving, well-wishing, shared silence.
