A Sense of Presence

“Stillness is not the absence or negation of energy, life, or movement. Stillness is dynamic. It is unconflicted movement, life in harmony with itself, skill in action. It can be experienced whenever there is total, uninhibited, unconflicted participation in the moment you are in – when you are wholeheartedly present with whatever you are doing.”

– Erich Schiffmann

Welcome to the first days of 2017! I wish this will be a positive, healthy, and good year for all of you.

This year I’m offering a continuous step-by-step exploration of what a more meditative life could look like. I feel like it’s time to move stepwise through a practical and playful discovery of meditation from all kinds of angles. Some deep, some light, some maybe fitting for you and some not so. I hope you’ll join me on this journey. I’m confident that it can lead to a deepening practice of whatever a more meditative life can look like for you.

The first topic is Presence.

Enjoy the ride and have a wonderful first week of the year,
